How to Use These Forms & Documents
Downloading a form is the first step of a simple process. Here is exactly what to do with each document, what to attach, and where to submit it.
Admission & Playgroup Forms
Print the form, fill it in Urdu or English, and attach your child's B-Form (or CRC), two passport-size photographs, the parent's CNIC copy, and the previous school's result card where applicable. Submit the completed form at any campus office during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), or send clear photographs of the completed form to our WhatsApp at +92-303-5617187 to begin the process remotely.
Hifz Admission Form
The Hifz form records your child's current Quran level (Nazra progress, surahs memorized) so our Huffaz can place the student in the right circle. Hifz students receive up to 50% fee concession, and our coordinators will schedule a short recitation assessment before confirming the seat.
Prospectus & Curriculum Guide
The prospectus introduces our five campuses, teaching staff, house system and scholarship policy; the curriculum guide details subjects by class from Play Group to Matric, including our integrated Islamic studies and digital skills streams. Review both at home with the family before the campus visit — parents who arrive prepared always make faster, more confident decisions.
Academic Calendar & Fee Structure
The calendar lists term dates, examination weeks, parent-teacher meetings and holidays for session 2026. The fee document shows the complete breakdown per class — admission fee, monthly tuition, annual charges and activity fee — so there are no surprises later. Fee is payable by bank transfer, cash at campus, or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, and a sibling discount of 10% applies from the second child onwards.
Transport Routes & Uniform Guide
Check the transport document for route coverage across Kasur city and nearby areas before finalising admission logistics, and use the uniform guide with your tailor or the campus store. If any document is unclear, one WhatsApp message to our team settles it — we would rather answer a question twice than let a parent guess once.
