Tajweed Course — Read the Quran as It Deserves to Be Read
Beautiful, correct recitation is not decoration — it is amanah. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) taught that the one skilled in the Quran will be with the noble, obedient angels. The Tajweed course at Al-Ansaar takes that standard seriously for every student in Kasur: from a Play Group child learning Bismillah to a Matric student polishing makharij, and for adult learners who never got the chance as children and refuse to pass that gap to their own children.
Tajweed at Al-Ansaar is not a single course bolted on — it is a ladder. Students climb from Nazra fluency, to letter-perfect pronunciation, to the rules of recitation, and onward to Hifz where desired. Each level has its own assessment, its own teacher attention, and its own quiet joy when a reciter improves.
What Your Child Will Study
The Tajweed ladder covers, level by level:
Every student's starting point is respected. Some arrive fluent but rule-blind; others arrive unable to join letters. Placement is by assessment, progress is personal, and no learner is made to feel behind — the class moves the person, not the calendar.
Why Tajweed Course at Al-Ansaar Is Different
Individual listening & correction
Tajweed improves ear by ear: teachers hear each student recite individually and correct gently, specifically, and often.
Qualified Qaris
Instruction by teachers formally trained in qira'at sciences — not general staff reading from a primer.
All ages, all levels
School students climb the ladder within the timetable; adult and external learners join dedicated slots where seats allow.
A direct path to Hifz
Tajweed graduates move naturally into the integrated Hifz program with their teacher's recommendation.
Daily Routine & Class Environment
Tajweed periods are calm and repetitive by design: teacher models the verse, students echo, individuals recite while the class listens, errors are corrected on the spot, and short daily practice is assigned. For school students these periods sit within the Islamic education timetable; for external learners, morning and evening slots are arranged through the campus office.

Adult Learners: It Is Never Too Late
Many fathers and mothers in Kasur quietly carry the embarrassment of incorrect recitation from their own childhood schooling. Our doors are open: adult learners join respectful, unhurried classes where the teacher's only goal is your improvement. There is no age limit on reading the Book of Allah well — and parents who learn tajweed often become the reason their children take it seriously.
